Our thesis

We believe building companies is a craft. And like any craft, it’s learned in the doing. Not in pitch meetings. Not in board decks. In the work itself: the strategy sessions, the go‑to‑market calls, the hard conversations about what’s not working. The founders who win aren’t the ones with the best ideas. They’re the ones who stay in the room long enough to figure it out.

We’ve been on the other side of this. We’ve built products, scaled teams, lived through hype cycles and the silence that follows. We know what it feels like when the work stops being exciting and starts being hard, when you’re not sure if you’re making progress or just moving. That’s the part most investors don’t see, because they’re not close enough to see it.

This is what we mean when we say we’re operator‑led. Our team has spent years inside companies, building products, shipping campaigns, making the calls that either work or don’t. That experience shapes how we invest, what we look for, and how we show up after the check clears.

We believe the best founders don’t need cheerleaders. They need partners who understand the craft of company‑building and aren’t afraid to get close to it. Partners who will tell the truth even when it’s uncomfortable, who will stay through the hard stretches, and who measure their contribution by outcomes.

We also believe that infrastructure is where value compounds. Before every wave of consumer adoption, there’s a layer beneath it that had to be built first. Base layers. Settlement systems. Developer tooling. Verification. These are the bets that look boring until they’re obvious, and by then the entry is gone. We’ve spent years in this territory. We understand the patterns, the timing, and the teams that can execute against them.

The same is true for AI. Not the applications everyone is chasing, but the infrastructure underneath: compute coordination, developer tooling, the primitives that will shape how software is built for the next decade. We’re watching this space closely because we’ve seen this movie before. The picks and shovels outperform the gold rush.

Payments is where crypto finally touches the real world. Stablecoins, settlement rails, cross‑border flows. This is the layer that turns speculation into utility. The regulatory environment is shifting, institutional adoption is accelerating, and the teams building here are solving problems that affect billions of people. We want to be early and close to the best of them.

And consumer. Products built on infrastructure that finally works. Customer‑aligned platforms. New interaction models. Experiences that couldn’t exist a cycle ago because the underlying systems weren’t ready. Now they are.

Across all of this, our approach stays the same. We invest early, stay close, and do the work. Through Acc Labs, our services arm, we directly support portfolio companies. Not as consultants, but as teammates. We help with positioning, growth, product, design, and go‑to‑market because that’s often the difference between a company that gets noticed and one that doesn’t.

Our goal is to build the kind of fund that founders remember — the one they call when the work gets real, because they know we’ll actually show up.

This is what we believe. This is how we work.

If you’re an LP looking for exposure to frontier technology, a team that stays close to the work and not just the cap table, we should talk.
